Counselling therapy in Blackmore End, Wheathampstead (Hertfordshire)

Does life feel like it's getting on top of you?
Could you benefit from a place to take some time-out?
... to explore your thoughts and feelings
... to find your equilibrium again
... to enable you to find your own solutions
... to feel back in control of your life

My name is Eve and I am a practising counsellor in Blackmore End, Hertfordshire. I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment within my home practice, either online or on the telephone. I am an integrative counsellor, which means I am trained in many methods of therapy and will work with you to find the right style to best support your individual needs. My core approach is 'person centred', allowing me to focus on each person as an individual, rather than trying to fit clients into one particular therapeutic framework. I specialise in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression, which allows the individual to focus on their own unique experiences and underlying emotions. I believe every individual can be empowered to help themselves find solutions to their issues, and my role is to support this process.

I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

I am experienced in helping clients who have difficulties with :

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Stress
  • Relationship issues
  • Trauma
  • Abuse
  • Bereavement & Loss
  • Identity
  • Self-Esteem
  • Self-defeating behaviours

My practice is within easy reach of Wheathampstead, St Albans, Harpenden and Welwyn Garden City and there is ample parking space. Please get in touch for a no-obligation phone/email discussion if you would like to find out more about how counselling could benefit you.
